Host Access the RSVP Web Interface

  1. Login
  2. Create and Customize Event: Set event details such as date, time, location, theme, and description.
  3. Send Invitations: Email or share QR codes to invite guests and allow them to RSVP.
  4. Manage Guest List: View, add, or remove guests from the list and track RSVPs in real time.
  5. Track Attendance: Monitor who has RSVP'd, who has declined, and who has yet to respond.
  6. Set RSVP Options: Specify attendee options such as meal preferences, plus-ones, or other event-specific choices.
  7. Set Maps to Locations.
  8. Send Reminders: Automatically send reminders to guests who haven’t RSVP'd or to all attendees closer to the event.
  9. Collect Special Requests: Gather any special requests from guests, such as dietary needs or accessibility requirements.
  10. View Analytics: Analyze guest data, such as RSVP status trends, to gauge event interest and attendance.
  11. Create Custom Questions: Add custom fields or questions to personalize the RSVP form (e.g., song requests, activity preferences).
  12. Allow Guest Updates: Let guests update their RSVP or personal information, like changing their attendance status or adding a guest.
  13. Communicate with Guests: Send updates, thank-you notes, or last-minute instructions directly to guests.
  14. Export Data: Download guest lists and other details for printing or external use (e.g., for check-ins or gift tracking).

Share the link with your guests via email or QR code, allowing them to log in and begin the RSVP process.


Guest

  1. RSVP to Event: Confirm attendance or decline the invitation to the event.
  2. Select Attendance Details: Choose options like attending with a plus-one, meal preferences, or specific activity selections.
  3. Provide Special Requests: Submit dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or other personal requests.
  4. Answer Custom Questions: Respond to any event-specific questions created by the host (e.g., song requests, seating preferences).
  5. View Event Details: Access information about the event, including date, time, location, dress code, and agenda.
  6. Update RSVP: Change their RSVP status (e.g., from "attending" to "not attending" or vice versa) if their plans change.
  7. Add or Edit Guest Information: Modify personal information, such as contact details or the name of a plus-one.
  8. Download Event Materials: Access downloadable content like event schedules, maps, or promotional materials.
  9. Receive Reminders: Get notifications or reminders about the event and RSVP deadlines.
  10. View Guest List: See a list of other confirmed attendees (if the host has made this feature available).
  11. Track Event Updates: Stay informed of any changes or important updates communicated by the host.
  12. Access and Use Event QR Code: Scan a QR code for event check-in, photo booths, or exclusive access during the event.
  13. Communicate with the Host: Send messages or ask questions directly to the host through the app (if available).
